Casa Alise is a brand new and exclusive apartment located in Los Boliches, Fuengirola, just 150 meters from the beach.
The complex is called «Cinema House». The apartment has access to the roof terrace, swimming pool, gym, sauna, and a communal garage. The apartment has all the facilities you could wish for, such as integrated air conditioning, underfloor heating on all floors, built-in appliances, integrated spotlights, a Smart house system, free WiFi, and TV channels such as TV2 Sumo, Netflix, and Disney +.
The kitchen and living room have an open solution with access to a balcony that can be incorporated into the room by opening the terrace doors full width.
The apartment has two full bedrooms. Workspace is also available in one of the bedrooms if you want a home office.

Costa del Sol
Casa Alise is located in the heart of the Spanish Riviera, Costa del Sol in the Andalucia region. A short drive of 15-20 minutes from the airport of Malaga takes you to this gem of an apartment. The Costa del Sol is a region that includes coastal towns and small communities in the western part of the province of Málaga in southern Spain. The name is often translated to «Sun Coast» because here you bathe in the sun over 300 days a year. The Costa del Sol stretches west along the Mediterranean coast from Nerja past the city of Málaga to the east of the border with the province of Cádiz. In just 40 minutes you can get north to Nerja with fantastic walks and swimming opportunities. If you want to go south, you will reach Mijas, Marbella, and Puerto Banús. Even Gibraltar is within an hour’s drive of Casa Alise.
In a stretch from Malaga to Gibraltar (approx. 1 hour and 15 minutes by car), you have the opportunity to visit a number of water parks, butterfly parks, climbing parks, countless beaches, zoos, and much more. There is a lot to do along the Costa del Sol. Los Boliches and Cinema House
Casa Alise is located in the heart of Los Boliches. This means that in the immediate vicinity you will find restaurants, tennis courts, swimming pools, shops, nightclubs, beaches, and bars.
If you want to see other places, it is only a short walk to the train that takes you in the direction of the airport. The train station is just 130 meters from the apartment. The nearest beach is, Playa de las Gaviotas del Cura, just 150 meters away. The beach is beautiful and is considered one of the cleanest beaches in the area.
We primarily deal with short-term rentals, but if you are a serious company, we will consider renting for fixed terms.
