Floor plan
Casa Alise is an apartment with everything on one level. Living room and kitchen with dining area. From the living room, there is access to the terrace with the possibility to open the terrace doors to full width and thus enlarge the living room. Balcony overlooking the pedestrian zone and sun part of the day. Two bedrooms, one with a private bathroom, in addition to a shared bathroom for the entire apartment.

Lovely pool
If you live in Casa Alise you have access to a lovely outdoor pool. The pool is located on the top floor, under the roof terrace.
Private parking
In the basement, you have access to your own private parking spot, marked #2. From here you can take the stairs or the elevator up to the apartment.
Cozy balcony
It does not get much better than enjoying the afternoon sun on this balcony. If you are lucky, you can also feel the delicious sea breeze.
Roof terrace
Should you not get enough sun on the balcony of the apartment, or on the beaches, you will always find it on the roof terrace.
